A- Service Level Agreements (SLA)
The SLA offering is tailored to large enterprises and includes preventive visits to prevent problems from occurring via tracking and monitoring the client’s systems; we provide to our valued customers a partnership-modeled engagement by having a yearly support agreement which ensures a close eye on their systems leading to preventing their environment from continuous failures. SLA also includes pro-active hours which are used for preparing the client for assessment & IT projects . In addition, SLA includes technical support 24 hours x 7 days during business working hours. Subscription to Microsoft TechNet’s knowledge base is also available.
B- Pre-paid Support Agreements (PSA)
The PSA support services offering is tailored to medium size businesses and includes a pre-determined number of incident resolutions per year and during working hours. The number of support incidents per year is agreed upon in advance with the client.
C- On-Call Support Agreement
The On-call support agreement entitles clients to technical support during business working hours whereby a Soft Flow engineer will be made available to fix the technical problem. |
